Service Description

1 initial visit and 2 follow up visits (for a total of three visits). Texting and emailing between visits for optimal support. Add prenatal lactation consult for $60 and learn all you need to know prior to giving birth. Option for additional follow up appointments at $180. See descriptions under each service. Please provide your first and second choices for time and date and I'll do my best to accommodate or feel free to call for my earliest availability. A superbill will be provided upon request to submit for reimbursement from your insurance.
